Your team and workspace

Invite people, give each one only the access they need, and keep your account secure.

Roles

  • Member: can view servers and activity, plus anything their custom roles allow.
  • Manager: can manage servers, plans, and billing.
  • Admin: everything a manager can do, plus managing the team.
  • Owner: full control, including ownership.

Custom roles

Large teams rarely need everyone to be a Manager. Owners and admins can create custom roles under Team, pick exactly what each role can do, and give them to Members.

When you give someone a role, choose whether it covers all servers or only the servers they look after. Seeing the team and adding servers only apply when a role covers all servers.

  • Review reports: confirm or dismiss flagged messages, in the dashboard or from Discord.
  • Change server settings: turn checks on or off and set report channels.
  • Manage plans and billing: upgrade, change, or cancel plans and update payment details.
  • Add servers: connect new Discord servers to the workspace.
  • See the team: see who's in the workspace, with their email addresses.

Inviting someone

Open Team in your dashboard, enter their email, and pick a role. They'll get an email with a link to join.

Keeping it secure

  • Add a passkey or an authenticator app under Account & security.
  • Sensitive changes, like billing, removing people, or letting the bot act on its own, ask you to confirm it's you with a quick code.
  • You can see and end your active sessions at any time.
