Before you send a case or allow human review, we want you to know that automated moderation does not mean nobody can see your information.

Authorized ASCA personnel may read relevant messages, attachments, identifiers, moderation results, and the information you submit when needed for support, appeals, security investigations, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

Access is restricted, and sensitive access is audited where appropriate. Share only what is needed for the case; leave out passwords and unrelated private content. We do not sell this information or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

You can leave without submitting a case. Necessary security or legal review may still occur, and no online service can guarantee that processed information will never be accessed.
