C.O.N.I.X. at the center

Everything connects without becoming the same thing.

Collaborative Online Network Integration eXchange — C.O.N.I.X. — is the visual center of the ASCA experience: modules snap in, organizations stay independent, and trusted partners synchronize the information needed to deliver real services.

01
Organizations remain distinct

Each organization keeps its own brand, people, offerings, rules, and relationships.

02
Modules remain optional

Organizations assemble the capabilities that match their real operations.

03
Partners connect through consent

Benefits, venues, storage, events, and access can cross organization boundaries without flattening ownership.

Stylized community scene representing ASCA's student-led origin

It began with one club

A practical problem became a connected platform.

ASCA began when the Orange Airsoft Club at Oregon State University needed better support for members—including non-students—and more capable event operations than the available school systems could provide.

That need led to Event Management and Membership Authentication — E.M.M.A. — and then to the larger idea behind ASCA: independent organizations sharing the right information, with consent, through one student-led platform.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the platform before you join it.

The public site should make the boundaries as clear as the possibilities.

What is ASCA?+

ASCA — Advanced Student Club Automation — is a student-created, student-led suite of connected tools for student organizations and external organizations. It fills gaps in school-provided technology while giving businesses, venues, restaurants, service providers, creators, and communities a flexible operational platform.

Is ASCA free for student organizations?+

Yes. ASCA is designed to remain free for verified student organizations. Revenue from paid commercial plans for external, non-academic organizations supports that access.

Does ASCA replace school academic or administrative systems?+

No. ASCA is intentionally scoped around extracurricular organization needs such as non-student members, events, waivers, equipment, community engagement, payments, partnerships, and moderation. It does not compete with academic or administrative systems.

Can non-students participate in organizations using ASCA?+

Yes. Supporting non-student members is one of the original service gaps ASCA was created to address, subject to each organization’s own eligibility and participation policies.

Who can use ASCA’s commercial tier?+

The paid tier is for external, non-academic organizations such as shops, restaurants, venues, service providers, creators, nonprofits, associations, and community groups.

What is the ASCA Pass?+

The ASCA Pass is the visual identity concept for one account that can participate across multiple organizations. Each organization remains independent while the user experiences the network through one recognizable credential.

Does ASCA work with Discord and Twitch?+

ASCA includes Discord- and Twitch-oriented modules and integrations. Availability varies by product and release stage, so each product page identifies its current supported connections.

When will ASCA release publicly?+

A.M.A.R. and M.A.C.R.O. are available for public release. ASCA Core and the remaining named products are operating in limited internal testing with organizations including OAC and BeavFurs. Their pages identify that status directly, and general public access is not open yet.
