Build tools that help organizations thrive.
Join the team building ASCA. We're a small company working closely with the student organizations, communities, and businesses who use what we make.
Small team. Real impact.
Own what you build
Small teams mean real responsibility, from first idea to the support conversation afterwards.
Work that matters
Paid plans keep ASCA free for student organizations, and you'll help decide how we serve them.
Close to customers
We talk to server owners, businesses, and student organizations every week.

Our products, the dashboard, and the infrastructure that keeps them fast and reliable.
Product and design
Making powerful tools clear and approachable for every kind of organization.
Trust and safety
How our moderation judges harassment, scams, and conflict, and how people review it.
Customer support
Helping customers get set up and answering their questions.
What we believe.
People stay in charge
Our tools take on the repetitive work. The decisions stay with the people who run their communities.
No surprises
Before anything new turns on, we explain what it means. We hold ourselves to the same standard.
Their data isn't the product
We never sell what our customers' communities share, or use it to train general-purpose AI.
Student organizations come first
Paid plans exist so student organizations can use ASCA free. That shapes what we build and who we build it for.
What happens after you introduce yourself.
You tell us about you
What you do, what you'd like to work on, and links to things you've made.
A person reads it
Every introduction is read by someone on the team, not filtered by software.
We reach out when there's a fit
When a role opens that matches you, we get in touch. Every posted role lists the work, location, and pay.
