Who can apply?
Anyone. Because we can only support a few organizations at a time, we start with student organizations facing the problems ASCA was built to solve, and the partners who support them.
Do I have to use everything?
No. Choose the parts you need, like a website and events, or a store and payments. We switch on only those and add more when you're ready.
Can we start with the Discord bots while we wait?
Yes. A.M.A.R. and M.A.C.R.O. are open to everyone and free to start. They use the same ASCA account, so nothing changes when early access opens for you. Add a bot.
Do partners see our members' information?
No. When a partner needs something, like whether someone is registered for an event or eligible for a benefit, ASCA answers that one question. Partners don't get your member list or club history.
What happens after we apply?
A person on the ASCA team reads your application. If we can help, we get in touch to talk about what you need and set it up with you.
