Every report also appears in the review queue on the server's page in your dashboard, with the same actions.
Talking to the bot
Anyone can mention the bot or reply to it. It can answer questions about ASCA and how to set things up, explain why a message was flagged, and, when someone says a result was wrong, send that to ASCA so we can improve the bot. That never changes what happened to the message or overrides your moderators; your report channel just gets a note so you know. It can also do small friendly things, like wishing someone a happy birthday.
It only talks about ASCA and your server's moderation, and every message is still checked as usual, whether or not it mentions the bot. When M.A.C.R.O. already replies to a message, for example to calm things down or to support someone, the assistant leaves it at that. Turn it off on the server's page or with /settings.
How many answers a server gets each day depends on its plan: 5 on Free and 15 on Mini; on Pro and Ultra, 40 and 100 for A.M.A.R., or 75 and 250 for M.A.C.R.O. Members with a connected ASCA account can also talk to the bot in a direct message, and forward it messages to check privately.
When someone asks for real help, such as someone in distress or danger or a young person being targeted, the day's limit doesn't apply. In a server, whether the bot replies follows your support setting: M.A.C.R.O. replies itself, and on A.M.A.R. the bot answers when someone mentions it. In a direct message, the bot always answers and points them to help.
When the bot gets it wrong
Anyone in your server can tell ASCA a result was wrong, in one click: on any message, open Apps, choose the bot, then Should have been flagged or Flagged by mistake. A warning from the bot also has a This was a mistake button, so a removed message can still be reported. Reports go to ASCA to make the bot more accurate. They don't change what happened to the message; for that, members can contact your moderators.
You can also help ASCA be more accurate for your community by sharing your moderators' decisions. When it's on, each time a moderator approves or rejects what the bot did, or chooses an action from a report, ASCA receives that message and the decision. ASCA doesn't use your server's other messages to improve its products. It's off unless you turn it on, on the server's page in your dashboard.
