Plans and billing
How per-server plans, upgrades, cancellations, and M.A.C.R.O. units work.
One plan per server
Every server starts on Free. Upgrade only the servers that need more, from the server's page or Billing & usage. All servers share your workspace's payment method unless you give one its own.
M.A.C.R.O. units
- Each plan includes units every month: 100 on Free, 400 on Mini, 3,000 on Pro, and 10,000 on Ultra.
- A message with its conversation uses 1 unit, an image 4, a document 2 plus its scan and text, and each scanned page 2.
- Top up from Mini upward, or turn on pay-as-you-go with a spending cap on Pro and Ultra.
- Files that fail the malware scan cost nothing, and units are returned if something goes wrong on our side.
Cancelling
Choose Cancel plan on the server's page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the server returns to Free. Unused time isn't refunded.
