A file wasn't checked
Why the bot sent a file to your moderators instead of checking it.
Common reasons
- The file type isn't supported yet, such as ZIP files or videos.
- The malware scan couldn't finish, for example because the file was removed before it could be downloaded.
- The file is too large, or password-protected.
- Your plan doesn't include that kind of check, for example documents on M.A.C.R.O. Free.
- The file failed the malware scan. It's flagged and never opened.
Stay safe
- Don't download or re-share a file that was flagged for malware.
- Never attach a suspicious file to a support request. Describe it instead.
