I can't get into my workspace
You signed in but can't see your servers, or an invitation didn't work.
Check these first
- Sign in with the same method you used before, such as Discord or email. Different methods can be different accounts.
- Make sure you accepted the invitation while signed in to the right account.
- Ask an owner or admin of the workspace to check your role on the Team page.
- Don't create a new workspace to get back in: your servers stay with the original one.
Nobody on the team can get in
Contact support with the workspace name, your connection to it, and a contact we can verify. We'll confirm who you are before changing anything, and we'll never ask for your password.
