1. Scope
This disclaimer applies to general information made available through ASCA websites, public resources, documentation, demonstrations, templates, automated output, listings, integrations, and communications. A specific service agreement, product addendum, transaction term, privacy notice, or mandatory legal requirement controls where it provides a more specific rule.
2. General information
Public information is provided to explain ASCA, its services, and related topics. It may be generalized, simplified, incomplete, or changed as products and requirements develop. A roadmap, mockup, prototype, design reference, preview, example, estimate, projection, or planned capability is not a promise that a feature will become available or remain available.
ASCA may correct an error, omission, outdated statement, broken link, or inaccurate description. A correction does not silently change a completed transaction, accepted legal version, certified record, or contractual commitment.
3. No professional advice
ASCA does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, mental-health, emergency, insurance, employment, educational, regulatory, election-certification, accessibility-certification, or other licensed professional advice through general content, templates, analytics, automated systems, or support materials.
An organization remains responsible for obtaining qualified advice and making decisions within its authority. ASCA tools cannot determine whether a particular contract, waiver, policy, event, vote, moderation action, transaction, filing, safety plan, accommodation, or record satisfies every requirement applicable to an organization or jurisdiction.
4. Automated and AI-assisted output
A.M.A.R., M.A.C.R.O., C.T.V.M., and other automated capabilities may classify, summarize, extract, recommend, generate, or assist with content. Their output may be inaccurate, incomplete, uncertain, delayed, unavailable, or affected by false positives and false negatives.
An automated assessment is not automatically an organization policy, human review, final decision, enforcement action, professional opinion, or statement of fact. The responsible person or organization must apply the review, authority, notice, and appeal process required for the context. ASCA does not guarantee that automated processing will detect every harmful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, unsafe, or inappropriate item.
5. Third-party material and external links
ASCA may display or connect to content, websites, services, products, events, organizations, venues, sellers, developers, advertisers, sponsors, or partners operated by independent parties. ASCA does not control an independent party's availability, accuracy, security, accessibility, privacy, terms, conduct, fulfillment, licensing, or legal compliance merely because a link, listing, integration, embed, or connection exists.
A user must evaluate the terms and risks of an independent service before providing information, authorizing access, or completing a transaction. ASCA may remove or restrict an external connection that presents a documented platform risk, but monitoring cannot guarantee that every issue will be found.
6. Testimonials, examples, and results
A testimonial, case study, quote, metric, example, or organization story describes the identified experience and context. It does not guarantee that another person or organization will obtain the same adoption, accuracy, efficiency, revenue, safety, engagement, moderation, or operational result.
ASCA will identify material sponsorship, compensation, affiliate, referral, or other relationships where disclosure is required. Editorial correction or reasonable shortening of a testimonial must not materially change its meaning.
7. Community, event, marketplace, and organization information
Information supplied by users and organizations may not be independently verified. A profile, role, badge, listing, registration, eligibility result, vote record, ticket, benefit, product, event, moderation report, or connected account has only the meaning assigned by its governing workflow.
ASCA is not automatically an organization representative, educational institution, event organizer, venue, employer, insurer, emergency provider, medical provider, seller, merchant of record, payment processor, carrier, warehouse, election authority, or professional adviser. A different role exists only when an applicable agreement and operating model expressly assign it.
8. Security and availability
ASCA uses safeguards described in its Security Overview, but no online service, transmission, storage system, integration, malware scan, or automated control can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted operation. Users must protect credentials, maintain authorized recovery methods, and report suspected compromise.
Do not treat ASCA or an independently operated connected platform as an end-to-end encrypted or regulated confidential channel unless that capability is expressly documented for the selected service.
9. Rights and controlling terms
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes a non-waivable right, remedy, warranty, or responsibility. Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, venue, arbitration, and dispute procedures follow the Terms of Service and any more specific accepted agreement. Singapore law governs this disclaimer, subject to mandatory law and any expressly accepted dispute procedure.
