Respect for rights
Users and organizations must have the rights and permissions needed for content, designs, logos, images, recordings, software, listings, and products they provide through ASCA.
ASCA does not decide ownership merely because content is hosted on the platform.
Reporting a concern
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a report to [email protected] containing:
- Identification of the protected work or right.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Contact information for the reporting party.
- A description of the rights and the basis for the report.
- A statement that the report is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Evidence of authority when acting for another person.
Do not submit private credentials, unnecessary personal records, or the allegedly unlawful file itself when a URL or identifier is sufficient.
Review and action
ASCA may preserve relevant records, restrict identified material, request more information, notify the responsible user or organization, or decline an incomplete or unsupported report.
ASCA aims to act proportionately and avoid treating a disputed claim as proven without review. Fraudulent or knowingly misleading reports may violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Response and restoration
An affected user or organization may provide a good-faith response identifying the material, claimed rights, license, exception, authorization, or other basis for restoration.
Restoration, continued restriction, or referral depends on the evidence, applicable law, platform risk, and any valid legal process. This policy does not create a jurisdiction-specific counter-notice procedure.
Repeat misuse
ASCA may restrict accounts or organizations that repeatedly or seriously misuse intellectual property, submit abusive claims, or evade restrictions. ASCA considers context, severity, credible disputes, and the responsible actor.
Trademarks and ASCA branding
ASCA names, logos, and brand assets may be used only under the applicable brand guidelines or written permission. Integration availability does not imply endorsement, partnership, or permission to use another party’s marks.
Legal process
Where a statutory notice-and-counter-notice process applies, ASCA provides the required designated contact, statements, deadlines, and restoration procedure through the applicable submission instructions. Ordinary email does not waive a legally required form, signature, declaration, or service method.
