Commerce, storefronts, orders, and fulfillment

Limited internal testing · Not available for public release

NekommerceRun products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, returns, and seller accountability on one commercial source of truth.

Nekommerce is operating in limited internal testing with organizations including the Orange Airsoft Club and BeavFurs. This page explains its customer problem, current product boundary, and public-release direction without presenting a limited test as a generally available service.

A.M.A.R. and M.A.C.R.O. are the ASCA products currently available for public release.

WHY THIS PRODUCT EXISTS

Run products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, returns, and seller accountability on one commercial source of truth.

Nekommerce is ASCA’s commerce system for organizations that sell merchandise, event packages, memberships, services, rentals, campaign perks, dining items, and other approved offerings.

It owns the commercial journey from catalog and inventory through cart, order, fulfillment, merchandise return, tax snapshot, and seller-group reconciliation. Site Studio controls how those records are presented, while Nekommerce remains their operational authority.

Nekommerce became an official ASCA product on August 1, 2026. It is in limited internal testing and is not yet available for general public release.

Why ASCA builds modular products

THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM

What breaks before this product enters the picture.

The product starts with recurring operating failures—not a list of technology looking for somewhere to be used.
01

Storefronts detached from operations

A polished product page can drift away from inventory, availability, fulfillment, returns, and the workflow that created the offer.

02

Ambiguous seller responsibility

Multi-organization journeys often hide which seller owns each line, tax snapshot, return, support request, and approved refund allocation.

03

Inventory races

Concurrent checkouts can oversell scarce merchandise, tickets, packages, rentals, or time-bound capacity without guarded reservations.

04

History rewritten in place

Mutable totals make it difficult to explain what a customer agreed to, what changed, and how later adjustments were approved.

THE INTENDED JOURNEY

One understandable path from intent to accountable outcome.

Each step has a named purpose, a responsible actor, and an outcome that can be reviewed rather than inferred.
  1. 01

    Define the offer

Create products, variants, prices, tax categories, availability, inventory, seller terms, and fulfillment choices.

  2. 02

    Present through Site Studio

Place approved storefront blocks, collections, filters, headings, and visual variants without copying operational truth into content.

  3. 03

    Reserve and price

Guard inventory and create an immutable commercial total for the selected seller groups.

  4. 04

    Request payment

Call the versioned MeowPay contract; Nekommerce never invokes Stripe, cash, stored value, or another rail directly.

  5. 05

    Fulfill and reconcile

Advance fulfillment and returns from authenticated MeowPay events while preserving both commercial and financial histories.

PRODUCT CAPABILITIES

A complete operating surface, released only when its path is ready.

These are the product responsibilities defined by the ASCA specification. Public availability remains limited to capabilities that pass the complete release path.
01

Catalog and merchandising

Own products, collections, variants, prices, categories, featured placement references, and commerce-linked reviews.

02

Inventory and reservations

Guard sellable stock, availability, reservations, expiry, and adjustments against concurrent overselling.

03

Carts and seller groups

Keep one understandable customer journey while preserving each seller’s items, totals, terms, and responsibilities.

04

Immutable commercial totals

Pin line amounts, discounts, credits, shipping, taxable lines, exemptions, tax quotes, and order tax snapshots.

05

Fulfillment and returns

Coordinate shipping, pickup, POS handoff, merchandise returns, restocking, and approved refund allocations.

06

Commerce analytics

Report commercial activity from accountable order, inventory, fulfillment, return, and seller-group records.

WHO IT IS FOR

Different roles. One product boundary.

The same product can serve several operating realities without giving every role the same visibility or authority.

Student organizations

Manage merchandise, event packages, campaigns, and limited storefront operations without a baseline ASCA subscription.

Retail and dining operators

Connect catalogs, inventory, pickup, POS, customer journeys, and accountable seller operations.

Events and venues

Coordinate packages, merchandise, concessions, vendors, fulfillment, and seller-specific responsibilities.

Customers

Receive clear totals, seller identity, fulfillment expectations, return status, and support ownership.

HOW IT CONNECTS

Connected where the workflow needs it.

Each neighboring product keeps its own truth and returns only the decision or handoff this product is authorized to use.

MeowPay

Owns payment rails, attempts, capture, settlement, refunds, wallets, gift cards, ledgers, disputes, and financial reconciliation.

Site Studio

Owns storefront presentation and publication while reading stable Nekommerce projections.

E.M.M.A. and S.T.A.S.H.

Supply event intent or physical custody facts without transferring their operational truth to commerce.

ASCA Rewards Core

Supplies approved non-monetary eligibility and reward decisions; monetary application remains with MeowPay.

TRUST THROUGH CLEAR BOUNDARIES

What Nekommerce will not quietly become.

Good product communication includes the limits that shape customer expectations, safety, responsibility, and fit.

  • Nekommerce never invokes a payment processor or payment rail directly; every financial action uses a versioned MeowPay contract.
  • Site Studio may arrange storefront presentation but cannot create authoritative prices, inventory, orders, refunds, or ledgers.
  • Physical rental custody remains with S.T.A.S.H.; Nekommerce participates only when a rental has a catalog, cart, order, package, or merchandise return.
  • Multi-seller commerce and jurisdiction-specific tax operations remain unavailable until their security, financial, legal, accounting, and operational gates pass.

BEFORE YOU PLAN AROUND IT

Questions customers should be able to answer now.

Availability is explicit. Product interest helps ASCA validate the operating problem, but it is not an order, reservation, or release commitment.
01Is Nekommerce available now?

Nekommerce operates in limited internal testing and is not open for general public release.

02Does Nekommerce process payments?

No. It owns commerce and requests financial actions through MeowPay’s versioned contract.

03Can Site Studio edit inventory or orders?

No. Site Studio controls presentation; Nekommerce remains the operational source of truth.

04Can an order contain several sellers?

The architecture preserves seller groups and seller-specific totals, but public multi-seller operation remains launch-gated until integrated financial and reconciliation evidence passes.

05When was Nekommerce adopted?

Nekommerce became an official ASCA product effective August 1, 2026.
