Non-monetary rewards, progression, and benefits

Limited internal testing · Not available for public release

ARCMake recognition accountable with explicit earning evidence, eligibility, holds, claims, reversals, expiry, and reconciliation.

ASCA Rewards Core is operating in limited internal testing with organizations including the Orange Airsoft Club and BeavFurs. This page explains its customer problem, current product boundary, and public-release direction without presenting a limited test as a generally available service.

A.M.A.R. and M.A.C.R.O. are the ASCA products currently available for public release.

WHY THIS PRODUCT EXISTS

Make recognition accountable with explicit earning evidence, eligibility, holds, claims, reversals, expiry, and reconciliation.

ASCA Rewards Core, abbreviated ARC, is the authoritative product for non-monetary reward programs across the ASCA network.

ARC owns points, eligibility, campaigns, earning evidence, progression, awards, claims, benefits, reward holds, consumption, reversals, expiry, and reward reconciliation. It does not own money, wallets, gift cards, or settlement.

ARC became an official ASCA product effective July 30, 2026. It operates in limited internal testing and is not yet available for general public release.

Why ASCA builds modular products

THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM

What breaks before this product enters the picture.

The product starts with recurring operating failures—not a list of technology looking for somewhere to be used.
01

Points without evidence

Reward balances become untrustworthy when earning events cannot be traced to approved participation or reviewed later.

02

Benefits without eligibility

Offers can be exposed or consumed outside their intended organization, campaign, audience, location, or time window.

03

Money mixed with recognition

A points program can accidentally behave like stored value when non-monetary and financial responsibilities are not separated.

04

No reversal path

Refunds, canceled events, fraud, mistakes, and expired claims require accountable compensating actions instead of rewritten history.

THE INTENDED JOURNEY

One understandable path from intent to accountable outcome.

Each step has a named purpose, a responsible actor, and an outcome that can be reviewed rather than inferred.
  1. 01

    Create the program

Define the purpose, eligible audience, evidence, limits, progression, benefits, dates, and review authority.

  2. 02

    Receive bounded evidence

An approved product submits a signed evidence reference rather than transferring its operational database.

  3. 03

    Evaluate and record

ARC checks eligibility and writes an immutable earning, hold, claim, consumption, reversal, or expiry event.

  4. 04

    Apply monetary value separately

If a reward funds a discount or credit, MeowPay owns the monetary liability, checkout application, refund, and settlement.

  5. 05

    Reconcile

Operators review bounded program outcomes and exceptions without silently changing historical balances.

PRODUCT CAPABILITIES

A complete operating surface, released only when its path is ready.

These are the product responsibilities defined by the ASCA specification. Public availability remains limited to capabilities that pass the complete release path.
01

Reward programs

Define bounded programs, campaigns, rules, evidence requirements, progression, awards, and benefit catalogs.

02

Earning evidence

Pin approved event, volunteer, participation, stewardship, or purchase references without copying another product’s private truth.

03

Points and progression

Maintain auditable balances, levels, milestones, holds, expiry, reversals, and reconciliation.

04

Claims and consumption

Reserve, claim, consume, release, expire, or reverse an approved non-monetary benefit idempotently.

05

Eligibility

Return bounded decisions for organization, audience, campaign, time, location, and entitlement conditions.

06

Reward reconciliation

Compare earning evidence, balance deltas, claims, holds, reversals, expiry, and product acknowledgements.

WHO IT IS FOR

Different roles. One product boundary.

The same product can serve several operating realities without giving every role the same visibility or authority.

Student organizations

Recognize participation, service, stewardship, volunteering, and community contribution.

Members

Understand how progress was earned, what is available, what expires, and why a claim changed.

Partners

Offer approved benefits to eligible audiences without receiving unrestricted organization or member data.

Program administrators

Configure accountable rules, limits, evidence, review, reversals, and reconciliation.

HOW IT CONNECTS

Connected where the workflow needs it.

Each neighboring product keeps its own truth and returns only the decision or handoff this product is authorized to use.

MeowPay

Owns every monetary funding, liability, checkout application, refund, transfer, and settlement associated with a reward.

Nekommerce

Consumes approved reward decisions in commercial totals without becoming the reward authority.

E.M.M.A. and A.U.R.A.

May submit bounded participation evidence while retaining event or activity truth.

C.O.N.I.X.

Supplies scoped organization, partner, and eligibility relationships.

TRUST THROUGH CLEAR BOUNDARIES

What ARC will not quietly become.

Good product communication includes the limits that shape customer expectations, safety, responsibility, and fit.

  • ARC points and progression are non-monetary and are not cash, deposits, general-purpose stored value, or a bank balance.
  • MeowPay exclusively owns associated monetary credits, wallets, liabilities, refunds, transfers, and settlement.
  • A reward rule cannot bypass product authorization, organization policy, fraud controls, or applicable restrictions.
  • Cross-organization and financially funded reward capabilities remain unavailable until their product-specific gates pass.

BEFORE YOU PLAN AROUND IT

Questions customers should be able to answer now.

Availability is explicit. Product interest helps ASCA validate the operating problem, but it is not an order, reservation, or release commitment.
01Is ARC available now?

ARC operates in limited internal testing and is not open for general public release.

02Are ARC points money?

No. ARC owns non-monetary reward records. Any monetary funding or credit is separately owned by MeowPay.

03When was ARC adopted?

ASCA Rewards Core became an official ASCA product effective July 30, 2026.

04Can another product grant points directly?

No. It may submit approved evidence; ARC evaluates and records the reward result through its versioned contract.

05Can a partner see membership records?

Not through ARC. Partners receive only the scoped eligibility or redemption information required for the approved benefit.
